How It Works
Step 1: You recommend us to a client with a hiring need.
Step 2: We work out an agreement with that client of yours. You can be included as much or as little as you prefer.
Step 3: We actively recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
Step 4: We place a candidate and invoice the hiring company.
Step 5: You earn 10-20% of our placement fee — typically $1,500-$3,000 per hire.
Example: We place a candidate at a $100,000 salary with a flat placement fee arranged at ($18,000). You earn 10% of that fee — $1,800 — just for making the introduction.
